As seen on Flip This House. The play house Armando MondoMan and his dad built. The Hampton Chalet has 5 foot side wall 2x4 construction with double top plates. There are two doors; a 2 x 5 playhouse door and a 32" x 6'  door on the storage building side. Whenever you need the space, it becomes a 470 square foot storage building.  All the parts are pre-cut for easy assembly with a hammer, screwdriver, tape measure and level. The  treated siding is factory-primed.
